Cacao is a sacred plant medicine and heart opener. Where most plant medicines guide through the dark, Cacao guides through the light. Although a gentler plant medicine, Cacao is not exempt from shadow work. Like many spirits, Cacao can be sassy and brutally honest. She too is a healer at heart and opens pathways for potent healing of your mind, body, and spirit.
In ceremony we facilitate the merging of this sacred plant medicine with your own heart medicine to create the exact magic that you need in this specific moment.

I use a special Ceremonial-Grade Cacao for our ceremonies. I will mail you your Cacao prior to our ceremony. This Cacao is produced with the highest integrity in the forests of Peru. It is produced from Native Cacao Strains found growing naturally in the wild without any alteration. It uses the whole bean with deep intention. Each batch of Cacao is given a special energetic blessing specific to its spirit. To learn more about the Cacao I use, click here.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CEREMONY
Every ceremony is unique and formulated specifically for you and your energy. I will spend time in the days leading up to our ceremony channeling your energy and specific needs so that I can properly honor our sacred space and prepare for our journey together. Every ceremony includes a channeled cacao blessing and Spotify Playlist.
TYPICAL CEREMONY STRUCTURE:
Ceremonies last approximately 1.5 hours (some may be shorter depending on how quickly your body responds to the medicine).
Each ceremony begins with a blessing and intention-setting exercise.
I will guide you through giving Cacao consent to enter your heart space and how to absorb the medicine she has for you.
We’ll engage in some somatic movements to get your out of your head and into your heart
We’ll move into a guided meditation where you commune with the wisdom in your heart
After the meditation, we’ll come back together and share our experiences as well as any cards I pulled to guide our ceremony
I close each ceremony with a final blessing and tips for future integration.
After our ceremony I will send you a document with any notes, the cards I pulled prior to our ceremony, the link to your custom ceremony playlist, and any guidance moving forward.

I offer Monthly Virtual Cacao Ceremonies over Zoom. This is a great way and a magical container to experience the medicine of Cacao for the first time.
