I am looking forward to sitting with you in ceremony together!

If you haven’t done so already, please submit payment ahead of time via Venmo @Jessica-Lyda-7 or Paypal hello@genuineconversationsmedia.com. I must receive your payment before I can send you your Ceremonial Cacao. If I do not receive your payment within one week of our ceremony, I will have to cancel.

Prior to Your Ceremony You Will Receive:

• A confirmation email with the Zoom link and details for the ceremony

• A single-serving packet of Cacao sent to the address(es) you provided when you booked

• An email containing the instructions for preparing your Cacao and setting up your ceremony space (This will be sent to you 24 hours before your ceremony).

Please check with your medical professional before consuming Cacao especially if you are on any medications or nursing/ pregnant.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. If I have already shipped your Cacao to you, you will not be issued a refund. Instead you can choose a new ceremony date. If you have to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for paying the full amount for the ceremony since no one else can book a ceremony at that time.
